Your family's trust means everything to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data DAYO collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe when you visit weardayo.com or shop with us.
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Full stop.
02 What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Order details — products purchased, sizes and order history.
- Messages — anything you send us via email, WhatsApp, forms or social media.
- Optional details — like your child's age, if you share it to help with sizing.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address and approximate location.
- How you use the Site — pages viewed, items added to cart.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 05).
Card payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

04 Who we share it with
We only share personal data with trusted partners who help us run DAYO, and only as much as they need:
- E-commerce platform and payment providers (e.g. Shopify and payment gateways).
- Delivery and logistics partners, to get your order to your door.
- Email, analytics and advertising tools that help us understand and reach parents.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Some partners may store data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
05 Cookies
Cookies are small files that help the Site remember your cart, keep you signed in, and help us understand what's working. Some are essential; others (like analytics and advertising cookies) are optional.
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. Turning off essential cookies may stop parts of the Site from working properly.
06 Keeping it safe
We use reasonable security measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers — to protect your data. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
07 Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct any data that's inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or other uses at any time.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal requirements.

08 Children's privacy
DAYO makes shoes for little ones, but our site is designed for parents and caregivers. We don't knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
